DMCA & Copyright Policy
How to report content that infringes your copyright, and how to send a counter-notice.
Last updated: 2026-10-25
We respect intellectual property rights and respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). We remove or disable access to infringing material and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
Designated agent
Send copyright notices to our designated agent, registered with the U.S. Copyright Office:
Agent contact details are not available yet.
Filing a notice
Your notice must be in writing and include:
- Your physical or electronic signature, as the copyright owner or someone authorized to act for them.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
- The URL or other details that let us find the material on our site.
- Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
Notices that leave out these elements may not be acted on. Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing can make you liable for damages (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)).
Counter-notice
If we removed material you posted and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send our agent a counter-notice that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material removed and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, outside the U.S., any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice.
We will forward the counter-notice to the original complainant and may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless they tell us they have filed a court action.
Repeat infringers
We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.
